I installed the Outlook plugin which works great. I wanted to test sending mail right from Zoho. I setup a co-workers CRM account and sent myself a test from outlook which worked and was logged in Zoho.

I sent another email right from Zoho, but this is the one i never received. It was logged into Zoho, but i never got it.

The third time I was logged into my admin account and sent another email to myself which was logged in and this time i received it.

I am curious to know why I didn't receive the second mail? We would like to utilize this function, but i want to make sure emails will be delivered.

Any help would be appreciated.
