Sending emails is blocked

Hi!

We currently cannot send any emails from our email address ( cemsclub.ch@gmail.com).
Following failure message pops up:

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the relay  smtp.zoho.com  by  smtp.zoho.com . [74.201.154.90].
The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
 (SMTP AUTH failed with the remote server

I did some research on it and found this link on your site ( https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/troubleshooting.html#alink2) which was quite helpful. Somewhat our mail size exceeds the limit (Type: Outgoing) and it is blocked till November 3rd. Why is this the case and is there any chance of unblocking it earlier?
