Hello !

I would like to know how you handle multiple contact for 1 potential business.

In our business, sometimes we want to send to all the contacts, or a few contacts from each company which potential stage is for example "To call back" (ie: the salespersons + their boss). I would like our salesperson to easily select the potentials then send an email to all their contacts, or the contacts related to the account associated to the potential.

How would you manage that ?
