We have just signed on for Zoho CRM Professional and I have to congratulate the team on an excellent piece of work.

 

I see that the CRM has the capability to write and send emails. But I also see that it uses an internal email editor etc.

 

Is there any way that one can select an external email editor (Outlook for eg) to write and send. I know this option is there on Sugar CRM (internal or external). This ensures that there is only one consistent place that emails are sent from.

 

I also have subscribed to the Outlook Connector, and it would be great if this email could automatically be synched to the Zoho CRM system once sent from Outlook.
