Sending failed;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

I have just open my account, and when tried to send my first mail, the receiving account get a mail from a zoho address,so i deleted the alias (from send mail as). Of course i have another email alias. From that point on, i can not send emails.
