As per sales process we send a custom proposal using an html email template to our leads or contacts, sometime this email goes to spam folder, so ideally we want to send a text email saying to check the proposal email that will be sent automatically after sending the proposal email. Using a button or workflow rule we can send the email but is there any way to send the email automatically based on sending first proposal email?
