Sending Mass Email as a Reply to Last Email

Hi!
Is there any way to "mass-send email as reply to last email"?

I want to send a mass email which will appear as a properly threaded conversation to the recipient.

Scenario:
  1. Send mass email "A"
  2. After some days, send mass email "B"
  3. Recipient sees content from A quoted in B (as you would if you replied to your own email)
  4. If recipient replied to A, they would see THEIR reply (plus A) quoted in B (like a normal conversation thread)
This would allow us to keep our conversations combined in a thread of "RE: subject" emails.
