Sending mass email - how to include the other CRM user?

We have 2 users in the CRM. Emails are now integrated so both users can see who's sent what to who which is great.

However, when 1 user selects multiple contacts and sends a mass email, theres no option to also include the other CRM user as either a CC or a BCC.

How can we make this work?
