I am new to Zoho and I have just upgraded to the paid Standard version.

Most what is in the above tutorial is not available to me.

I can't find certain fields.

"1. Select any module"

"2. Choose Records from the list of records > click Send email"

I really cannot find the "Send Email" button.

Later on you are mentioning the "More" icon. Where is it? I can't find it.

Manually I managed to send a mass email test to four of my own email adresses, by checking individual contacts in. But I can't find a way to check the statistics of this action. The pop-up you are talking about was there directly after sending the mass email, but afterwards I cannot find it anymore.

And I can't find the "Mass Email Summary Page"

Although I am a pretty experienced user of different computer applications, I can't work this out. I have been searching for a couple of hours now (also on internet/youtube). I must be doing something wrong. What am I missing?
