we are using Proffesional version of CRM for multiple users.

We would like to send out personalized emails to multiple vendors directly from one potential.

VENDORS (added custom field):

-VENDOR SERVICES/PRODUCTS TYPE - which is a multiple-select field (all the different services/products that a certain vendor can supply)

POTENTIALS (added custom field):

-POTENTIAL SERVICE/PRODUCTS TYPE - which is a pick-list field (one service/product type that is related to this potential)

-POTENTIAL SERVICE TEXT

-POTENTIAL PRODUCT TEXT

What we would like to do is that, we would like to send out personalized emails to all our Vendors where

POTENTIAL SERVICES/PRODUCTS TYPE equals VENDOR SERVICES/PRODUCTS TYPE.

Also it is important that the replies from these vendors come back as email in to that certain potential from which it has been sent out.

So the e-mail template would look like this:

To: Vendor->Contact Email Address

Subject: Quotation request - POTENTIAL SERVICE TEXT - POTENTIAL PRODUCT TEXT

Text:

Dear Vendor->Contact Name, (*note: this is contact to deal with from the vendor *)

please quote us for:

POTENTIAL SERVICE TEXT

POTENTIAL PRODUCT TEXT
