sending out emails with info@mystore.com form

sending out emails with info@mystore.com form

I have a shopify store and I want to be able to send emails to my customers with the form info@mysite.com. I have my Zoho mail set up with myname@mysite.com. How do i add other emails that I can receive and send out under the info@mysite.com email? Do I use alias's or groups or what? Thanks.
