Sending Survey by Mass Email (as template) - Resending to those who do not respond

Sending Survey by Mass Email (as template) - Resending to those who do not respond

OK, this should be simple but I can't figure it out:
  1. I created a template in CRM 
  2. I sent as a mass email - All good! 
  3. I now want to re-send the email and/or a new email to those who either did not open or did not respond 
Is there an automated way to do this, or do I have to do it manually?

Any advice is appreciated.
