Sending Zoho Mail via Thunderbird

Dear Zoho Team,

I´ve set up a Zoho account with my Wordpress domain. I´m using Thunderbird as my Email program and I can receive my Zoho mail with it but I can´t send any emails using Thunderbird. I´ve tried Mailbird as an alternative software and end up having the same problem... I can read my mail but not send any.
I´ve tried to get this working for several hours now and I can´t figure out what the problem is nor could I find any solution to this issue online.

My current settings are:
imappro.zoho.com, 993 SSL, normal password - smtp.zoho.com, 465 SSL, normal password

I´ve tried various other setting configurations. I´ve also activated two factor authentication and deactivated it again since having a specific password did not solve this either.

When the massage fails to send I get a notice saying that Thunderbird could not establish a connection to the SMTP server smtp.zoho.com (timeout), and I should try again.

Is it even possible to send Zoho mail via Thunderbird? Is there a configuration for third party email software that needs to be enabled?
