Sent address from Workflow Alerts
Is there any way to set the FROM address in workflow alerts?
At the moment they are sent from
notifications=
zohocrm.com@notifications.zohocrm.com
on behalf of
notifications@zohocrm.com
but ideally i would like them to come from
alerts@companydomain.com
.
I've read the CRM Workflow Alerts help page and it shows the option of setting a "From" address, but when i follow the instructions i'm never given the option to set a FROM address at the stage where is suggests i can.
