I write about my Zoho email
going into an increasing number of recipients' SPAM folders, including gmail and client/customer specific email.
THIS SAID
- I did not have this problem in the past.
- I do not have this problem when sending an email to my own personal hotmail account.
- Also, my first two test emails to my personal gmail account when to SPAM. However, after reporting that they are not SPAM both times, the 3rd arrived in my inbox.
In short, I understand as per this

that some of what is going MIGHT BE (A) my
SPF and DKIM are not configured properly on our domain or (B)
recipients' filters are very strict. Yet, not sure which is the culprit AND what to do about A or B if they are the culprits.
Indeed, I remain confused on what is happening AND what exactly I need to do to correct the issue--stop my notes from going into recipients' SPAM folder.
I have already sent an email with similar language to
support@zohomail.com. I am now posting these here.
