Sent email duplicated when sending via iPhone/iPad

Sent email duplicated when sending via iPhone/iPad

When sending email via the Zoho web interface everything works fine, but when sending via iPhone or iPad mail app using IMAP/SMTP I'm seeing a duplicate of every email in the Sent folder.

I've seen several threads on this subject but can't seem to find anything that indicates a fix. Why is this occurring and how can I stop it?
