Because I have a lot of emails that my Office sends to my clients with my email in the "CC" and also the clientes send to the office with my email in "CC".

This feature is important so that I don't lose any information in regard to the contact that is been made from the office to the client and the client when it sends an email to the office.

This is important to maint an excellent client relationship.

I think the same email should be in the various contacts accounts or business contracts that have  mentioned on that email my email in the TO: or CC option.

If I have the contact created then it should show up in that contact/business contact.

This feature is important so that I can use my email in your CRM and not lose any information.
