we use zoho.crm in combination with zoho.mail.. I write my mails with an external email client but it is passed through my connected account (zoho mail). 

When we sent mails from crm everything is fine,

When I sent mails with my external client mails do not show up in the individual accounts as sent mails,

What can we do? It is an essential functionality for us!
