Sent emails from Zoho go to Spam folder - Zoho email for a Squarespace domain (DKIM / SPF)
Hi,
The emails that I sent from my Zoho email keep going into recipients' Spam folders. I have a strong feeling that this is because of DKIM / SPF.
I have been trying for some time to set these up, but have been unable to. I have a Squarespace domain. I tried adding the DKIM key to Squarespace 24 hours ago, but Zoho Control Panel says "DKIM verification failed". Squarespace DNS settings is not at all like Zoho tutorials assume, so I hit a wall.
I was planning to use Zoho as my organization grows, but this is a really pressing and worrying concern. Any help would be appreciated!
