Sent Emails not showing up in Contact Section in CRM

Hello,

I am having a problem with the mail function. I have had multiple interactions through email w/ contacts that have not been imported into the contacts section under each individual contact in ZohoCRM. Can someone please assist me? I am sending emails through google apps.

In addition once I get the emails to populate. I have run into another problem. Let's say I have one lead email on file and then I get contacted by the same lead but from a different email. Is there a way for these emails as well to populate into the same lead.
