When I send an email from a contact record, the sent email shows up on their record but it doesn't show up in the sent folder on my email hub.

Is there a reason for this?

Also, when sending an email from my hub, no signature appears, yet when I send a mail using the mail button on a contacts record, it does show up.

Could someone help?
