As I am using only the Zoho mail from a POP mail, there's no available strategy to archive. With Outlook, I used to drop email in a subfolder that I created every year but when I don a sent folder on my own, I don't see any label showing "to" or "from" that I can sort or filter, all I see is email  sent from "me".

Is there anyway to set a new folder with the "sent" folder attribut instead of a "inbox" folder type?
