Sent folder synchronization issues.

Since this morning there is an issue with the synchronization of our "Sent" folder.

We are using outlook and IMAP to sent emails through smtppro.zoho.eu and SSL. The messages appear in the local outlook client's sent folder but do not appear in other outlook clients connected to the same account. Additionally some emails that do appear are duplicates.

This synchronization issue is causing a lot of trouble and confusion. We haven't changed any of our settings and it just suddenly started happening some hours ago.

Is there something we can do from our end to get better sync in our sent folder? Is it a technical issue server side?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
