Sent mail from custom domain not shown in main content pane

it seemed unique enough for a new thread.
I started using Zoho recently and am sending / receiving mail at my
custom domain. However, after sending mail, I am not able to view it in
the main content pane to read in full. The mail does get sent and the
content is delivered to the sender; it seems to be a viewing-related
issue only. This is an issue in the new and old format of the site.
Other than this, I have not experienced any other problems using Zoho.
Please note in the image below that you can read the test content in the
left 'preview' panels, but not the main content panel on the right.

I also tested this on the mobile app and I am able to read my sent
content in both the preview and main content pane there.
