Our company has been using Zoho CRM and I love it.

 

Monday, I started using Zoho Mail and gingerly moving away from Outlook and the Zoho Plug-in.

 

However, is it possible to link Zoho Mail I send to my Zoho CRM leads and contacts?  This would be and greatly needed.  I hope the solution is not to go to each lead or contact and send from their "profile" page.
