Sent mail going to Spam

Emails we send from Zoho are frequently going to the recipients spam box. These are not marketing emails or emails with graphic. It's regular plain text emails that are being directed to recipients spam box. Has anyone else had the problem? If yes, how did you resolve it? Thanks
