Sent mail is bouncing

Please help! For the last 12 hours any mail I send is bouncing, it comes straight back with a "Undelivered mail returned to sender" message.
It is not specific to any one webmail provider, and it makes no difference whether addresses are autocompleted from my Contacts or typed manually.
I think I am receiving mails ok.
