sent mail undeliverable Code 550 (not allowed to send mail?)

sent mail undeliverable Code 550 (not allowed to send mail?)

I've had various emails come back as undeliverable from email addresses I know to exist.  I've received this:

Invalid Address, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :74.201.84.155 is not allowed to send mail as newmanlawlv.com
