Sent messages do not appear in sent folder for hours in IMAP with Thunderbird
Hi there. Here in my organization we use Thunderbird with IMAP settings to handle our Zoho mail. We have configured Thunderbird not to save copies of sent messages in the Sent folder since Zoho does that for us. However, I've noticed that messages sent do not appear in my sent folder for hours. Not having a copy in the sent folder inmediately may confuse users because they might believe the message was not sent. Is this a normal behavior of the Zoho mail service? Even if I reload the Sent folder messages still do not appear. Closing thunderbird and opening it again shows the sent message. CAn anybody confirm this behavior? Is there anything I can do to solve this?
