Sent Messages Folder Display

When accessing the "Sent Messages Folder" or any of the sub folders created, the mail message displays "From" mail recipient (in this case myself) and not the "TO" recipient (who the mail was sent to).

1) How do I change this? and

2) Will my smart phone then also display "TO" in the sent messages folders
