Sent Messages Having Problems : 1. NOT Found In Sent Box 2. "Garbage" Messages In Sent Box

Hi there,

I am a MacBook user and I am using "Microsoft Outlook For Mac, Version 15.24" for my emails. I am currently having 2 issues. They are :

1.      Since this morning, I am not seeing any of the messages sent from my Macbook in the Sent Box

2.      When I sent messages from my iPhone, these messages will appear as "garbage" in the Sent Box in my MacBook. However when I read them using my iPhone, they look perfect
