Separate Layout - adding pick value issue

Separate Layout - adding pick value issue

Have separated sales order into different layouts , and added a new value to pick list under "standard" mode, but value won't show in other layouts, does it mean under the same module when I hv to add new values to pick list, I hv to added to each of the layouts.

Need update on this as its really NOT possible
