I need an aidea,

Example,

I can wiev one customer's  Deals note in Deal module,Contac notes in Contact modüle...Etc and this customer has 3 deal. For example ;Deals name are A B C . I can wiev A's note in A deal,B's Note in B deal C,s note in C deal and we can  wiev all notes in Contact module.User want to  in contact module's notes ,wieving notes like" select and wiev just deal notes, just contact notes etc..."

İs it Possible with extantation or script?
