Seperate Teams, Single Reports

A quick question -- is the following possible? We have three sales teams (EMEA, Americas, AisaPac) who work independently and for historical and cultural reasons must NOT be able to see each others' accounts info. However, all teams answer to the same director, who MUST be able to see all accounts and single, consolidated reports covering all three regions, as well as region-by-region. I can't see how to do this -- is it possible?
