Seperate views based on submitted drop down box

Seperate views based on submitted drop down box

I have a work order app that has a drop down box named submitted by, this box contains different names of people who can submit work orders. Is there a way to have a view based on who submitted the work order?  As of right now, the work order view shows all work orders submitted..
