Sequence of Tasks


Hi, I'm using Zoho to track task/progress with each of our clients.  I'm trying to automate this as much as possible but running into difficulties -  I have 3 sets of tasks Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3. 

 Creating the first rule was easy - When a new account is created, assign these 5 tasks to the account and change the Stage Field to = Stage 1. 

 I'd like to have the next rule to trigger when the 5 tasks from the prior rule are complete, and then create the Stage 2 tasks  and change the Stage variable, and so on for the 3rd stage.

  I can't find a way to trigger based on task completion,  I'm thinking that there's got to be a way to work around this with another variable?
