Serial number tracking
Good morning,
We have some problem that we don't know how can be solved by ZOHO.
We sell a type of product where we need to track its serial number. I know that such a function is in ZOHO INVENTORY. However, we need a specific serial number to be visible on the company module in ZOHO CRM. So at the same time we need to track the inventory of a specific type of product and at the same time track a specific serial number as a separate virtual object. After synchronizing ZOHO Inventory with ZOHO CRM, is a specific serial number visible in the company's view?
If we entered each separate serial number as a product in ZOHO CRM, then we would not be able to track the stock of the product.
