After already many years of continued struggle with Zoho-One, I am seriously wondering if there are actually solo-preneurs (one person small business owners - without a large, dedicated IT dept.) who got it (Zoho-One) to work well for their businesses.
Sometimes it seems that Zoho-One, instead of helping me is becoming almost like a fulltime (and never ending!) endeavor to make it work. I find myself using fewer Zoho-One apps in the course of time, instead of more. I am not writing this to be negative, after all I am still here, but because I am frustrated and tired: nothing really works, nothing is really integrated, nothing goes automatically, nothing goes easily!
Customer service is friendly and well-willing, but they never seem to carry me to the finish-line. So all issues are (almost) never fully resolved. Even worse: Issues that--after much time and effort--are resolved become buggy, or stop working after a while (like: Zoho-Books stopped synchronizing with my bank, so the bank-feeds stopped and Zoho-Mail suddenly stopped synchronizing with certain email accounts, etc.).
I own and run several small businesses, which is already a full-time affair. I really cannot spent so much time continuously corresponding, being on the phone, being in remote help-sessions with Zoho.
Right now, I am really only using Zoho-Mail and Docs, and even these don't function well: Mail has suddenly (and stubbornly) stopped syncing with several email addresses, so I still use other email-platforms as well and Docs only works on one of my computers.
Zoho-One is supposed to help my work, not become my work!
So, this is a serious question: Are there actually solo-preneurs, like me, that managed to create a fully functioning system with Zoho-One in which everything runs smoothly, all, or many apps are integrated and functional in a way that it supports their business?
