Serious Whitelist and Blacklist Problem!
I don't know how many people log into Zoho Mail and check their whitelists and blacklists, but I decided to recently due to good emails ending up in SPAM and SPAM ending up in my inbox. Lo and behold, many of my clients email addresses where blacklisted and hundreds of SPAM addresses were in my whitelist. I tried to remove them, but after removing 10 or so, Zoho blocks you for unusual activity. By the time I was able to remove 100 or so, more had been added, making it nearly impossible to stop. I contacted Zoho about a week ago and they cleared out my whitelist for me about 2 days ago. I just logged in and there are 500+ whitelisted SPAM emails in there again and more good emails blacklisted. They say addresses only go in there when you mark emails as SPAM or NOT SPAM, but this is not true. I have not marked ANY emails either way, so something is seriously wrong with their system.
Zoho, first we need to be able to manage these lists manually without your system automatically trying to decide what is good and bad if we want to. Secondly, just by looking at the SPAM emails added to my whitelist, you can clearly see they are SPAM addresses! The worst system in the world would have caught that. And third, blocking accounts after 10 clicks for "unusual activity" is outrageous. This makes it impossible to clean these up without having to write support every time. We need to be able to manage our accounts!
Anyone else having these issues? Or have you not logged in to Zoho's control panel and noticed yet? Take a look and share your thoughts, please.
