Server error

I have many clients on Zoho. One is very unhappy. She says she keeps getting this error in her Outlook:;

MsgSeqNum 205, New UID 33187. Prev UID: 33187, Next UID: 33189.

                Protocol:              IMAP

                Server: imap.zoho.com

                Port:      993

                Error Code:         0x800CCCDC


It also says that this could mean some sort of server bug. I am having lots of trouble with email.
