server error at phone verification step

Hi,

I tried to create a new account for a client. Domain is www.aloja.ca. At the phone verification step, I got a server error after inputting the code. Tried again multiple times with no luck.

I tried starting over, but it's saying the domain is already associated with an account. I tried logging in to the account using the email ( info@aloja.ca) and password I chose, but it says the account is invalid. So I'm stuck.

How can I start over or pick up where I left off to finish creating this account properly?
