Server error on mobile app

Server error on mobile app

After changing display name on the website, I did as suggested by another thread to clear application data for mobile app in order to have the updated name on email sent from app. After doing that however, I can no longer send mail on the mobile app, it always respond with server error. With webmail and m.zoho it is no problem. HELP!
