Server hacked... /bin/store/content removed :(

Server hacked... /bin/store/content removed :(

My server has recently been hacked and they have removed my content directory containing all my documents... If i go to my documents in VO i get an error that the folder has been moved and i can't create any directories or upload any documents...

My question:

- How can i restore my directory index so that i can use the file management utility within VO?
- If the thing above is not possible, then how can i extract all my e-mail and appointments so that i can add it to a new VO installation?
