Server Rejecting Login

Hi,

I first faced the problem of not being able to receive the emails on my outlook while everything was working fine on Zoho's webmail and mobile's mail. So in attempts to fix the problem, i tried resetting my account on outlook but setup keeps failing with the error that the server is rejecting login.

I checked the configuration settings with my colleagues and your guide to configure on outlook, everything is perfect. I tried setting up on Thunderbird as well, but even there the setup is failing.
