Server wont start

Hi,

Randomly my zohoCRM server stopped starting. When I try and manually start it I get the cmd box running the commands then I get the flash screen which says "starting server" after a while the flash screen goes away and comes back again saying "starting server" this happens a few times before it gives up trying to start the server.

Any ideas? this is really urgent
