Service Addresses

We are (relatively) new Zoho CRM users. We are looking for a 'best practice' to add accounts with multiple service locations. For example, we have an account that is a local property management company. They manage 20 properties locally - same customer contacts, telephone numbers, email addresses all locations. We propose and perform work for their various service locations; those locations ultimately require service. We associate the proposals and customer interactions with the Account. We use Zoho cases to track the project and service work. I am wondering if there is a way for us to create one account with 20 service locations versus 20 accounts for the property management company.
