Hi, We are fairly new to ZoHo suite, and at the moment we are  finding it an excellent product for our business management. we are using support, books, campaign, project and of course CRM. 

One thing I want to query is how to best setup our client service products in CRM. We are a website hosting business so we have accounts that pay us a regular amount to host their site and manage other services. I want to somehow record what service they use under each account, and details pertaining to that service.

for example:
account "abc engineering" has 
  • 1 domain name service
  • 1 website hosting service
  • 1 email backup service 
They pay every 3 months.

I want to be able to record this under the account "ABC engineering" and also record specific details under each service. ie. under "abc engineering > web hosting service" their FTP account details for easy access, and under "abc engineering > domain registration service" their domain password. and so on. 

what's the best way to set this up in CRM.
