Service is Horrendous! Caller number 1 and then an hour wait and then voice message queue???

and not to mention we pay thousands a month across zoho platform. if i ran my company like this, id be out of business. im crying out b/c i like zoho but my cost savings are in the red when i factor in my time and support and the lack thereof.
