I'm currently facing some issues with this service.

I've added all the necessary MX records, as you can see in the screenshot below:

Now, when I check  https://mxtoolbox.com I get the error that there hasn't been any changed to the MX records, but as you can see I've done everything I can to edit this but it just doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone assist me with this matter to get this resolved as soon as possible?
