Service Pack installation problem

We have been testing VO 3.1 for a couple of weeks and just purchased an on site license for 25 users. I was attempting to install service pack 3 and ran into a problem. The installation gets to about 98% complete and then errors out and proceeds to uninstall the service pack. I tried it several times with the same result. Does anyone have any suggestions? After restarting VO I logged in and checked the version info. It states that the version is now 3.2 but it will not let me install service pack 2 stating that it is not compatible. So, it appears that I am stuck somewhere in between 3.1 and 3.2.

Is there a way I can install the full download version of 3.2 and avoid the service pack install problem?
